This method is off by default and the surrounding tools, such as goimports, do not understand that folder layout. WebSince you are using go1.13, you have to work with go modules. Can you try initing a go module by go mod init {your_module_name}.Make sure `GO111MODULE` env variable value is on in the environment.

Not only the ./vendor can be used, but also any vendor in the parents of the current directory will do.
