When i finished doing the oil change i turned the car on let it run for a min or two then shut it off. I checked the dip stick but i noticed i couldn't see the oil very much. I can write that because I properly checked oil level at 99% of all gas fill-ups. Suddenly, I was burning (not leaking!) 3/4 of a quart of oil at 6,000 miles....every 2,000 miles I would add 1/4 of a quart.
